That day I wanted to pay using youtrip, then cannot. So the others pay via cathay lor.
If they change, we also cannot use at all.
Makes no difference.

heng it shows first before straight away dispense cash.
i quickly cancel.

U use the atm to try withdraw and they do show you the exchange rate?

i used Cathay Bank ATM to withdraw twice and they don't show me the rates.... Just straightaway dispensed the cash.... and i will check the rate against the card's app....

the one i used at the airport, pink colour 臺灣銀行 it straight away dispense, did not show me rate first. Heng it gave me so good rate!
just now i tried another two diff bank atm, both said will charge twd100 fee. i also cancelled.

to be safe you go use the pink colour Bank Of Taiwan ATM better. just outside arrival entrance.
now I'm at Ximending i can't find BoT atm.... i search google map need to walk abit...

Did you use the currency exchange ATM or just the normal ATM?

There are 2 types at the airport. Both are ATMs but offer different services and rates.

so now the better rates are to change to tw airport or draw from tw atm... local rates are crap

someone adviced not to mistake the currency exchange atm so i did make sure it's normal ATM at the airport.
