Apparently， amex also not 100% accepted at the airport。

Can i confirm we can keep trust card paired to cc while withdraw frm atm in TW? Just make sure we choose saving account?

yes.... u r right.... Remember to have money in ur saving account....

Withdraw from ATM and not foreign currency exchange.... I personally avoid ATM like chunghwa post and cathay ATM as they tend to charge NT$100 or give some confusing menu... :p

Bank of Taiwan (BOT) or MEGA works for me most(all) of the time....

Actually can consider changing with cash SG dollar at TW airport money changer...

saw Bank of Taiwan selling rate last week while doing my tax rebate at the airport... it was 23.80+ when the spot rate on Yahoo was around 23.50+... local money changer was probably selling ard 23.20-23.30...

wonder is there any other charges for changing cash at the counter?

Previously when i go tw more often (many yrs ago), i always exchange there too..

I no longer change money in TW though.
Somehow Sg give better rates.
Of course if you have TRUST, go for it.

We look at CASH RATE BUYING.
Not SPOT Rate.
Do not be confused.
And TW Airport did charge me 30NT last time for each exchange.
Unsure for now.
