Anyone heading to Taiwan soon? Maybe can help to check if the rates on DBS Taiwan is the ones shown on their website. Currently is 23.89400 which is much higher than Singapore.

Just back....reach there already closed cos delay in Mega Bank in opening account.

If rates continue to be attractive, then gd to change over at dbs taiwan. Nevertheless, always gd to know of this option in case u need more twd when in taiwan n you know the rates are still better than those in SG. i will bring along SGD (which i dont usually brg when travelling overseas) w me when i go taiwan.

There are alot branches throughout Taiwan but i think only those with dollars sign can change.

Just bring your passport along with you when exchanging

I called them and was told no admin charges but i will go down personally to confirm all these.

So you changed at DBS Taiwan before? Is it all DBS branches or certain branches which allows us to change? I called them and the guy told me is all branches and I have yet to confirm. Is the rate same as shown on the website? If yes, i think this is the highest rate so far among all the banks.

I was there 2-3 weeks ago, but at that time the rates in the bank is much more better than airport money changer. =x

Yup, this is what i have notice. The rate is abit higher than Singapore as well. That's why I am trying to go there change more during my next trip

wow. 24.4 is even higher than online rate. So far online rate highest within past 1 year is only 24.168.
