record breaking rate was 23.85 on 6 Aug. rate is really dropping day by day. today is 23.65.

lol dropping back to the rate I exchange my TW dollars

difference of about SGD$60+ wor if I change at 23.85 compare to I change at 23.6 that time, cause I change alot.
