I changed at DBS Taiwan with the rate of 23.87. Much higher than Singapore.

Normally the trend is like that, DBS starts operation at 9am and the rate will be good but it will start to drop around 9.30am and go up again in the evening. This is what I have observe for the past few weeks. That day I went at 9am but the rate has not update so my rate was 23.87 but within few minutes, it jumped to 23.89.

Yup, you have to fill up 2 forms and the bank i went to requested me to sign in Chinese which I don't know how to. I asked my friend to sign for me.

Don't think got any DBS near to Ximending. For me I change at Chengdelu Er Duan No 180

It 5 mins walk from Minquan West Rd MRT station (Red line)
