They don't open on weekends. As for weekdays 09:00~15:30

hi guy in the next 3 months or so when do you think NTD will appreciate the most? now? 3 months later? or until the very last month of QE3? which could be somewhere in 2014 or 2015 I heard?

I am selling my house in Taiwan and moving back to the states, not sure when they will sell it it might take awhile.

the highest point vs USD was 28.8 for NTD.....do you guys think it will be even lower than that now? thanks guys

DBS rate is the best. Don't bother to change at bank of Taiwan. So are you allow to change in the end?
