This is what i call budget...

Cant advise u thou since different ppl see food differently..

But should be enough to get by thou..

I rem my 1st trip for 4D3N, i brought about NT23k for 2..Lots of shipping(Not high end kind), no restaurant food, stuff here and there to bring back..

Looks like it's better.. it says 100/4.2558 aproximately 23.49 / 23.5

that's what i saw too, few days back was about 23.58 at dbs sg.

Those rates are for TT/OD, not for exchange of physical notes.

The best rate still at Arcade 2nd floor. you can get 2.342. even better in taiwan. why need to change at Taiwan

If you are referring to airport rate. It depends, sometimes airport is abit higher but like what u said, change in SG can save you the trouble then go ahead.

for mine case~ i changed abit @ sg enough to last until kaoshiong than changed @ dbs tw kaoshiong for mine case~
