hi bros,
Rather than bring SGD in bulk to change there, can we just withdraw TWD from their DBS ATMS there?

Revert to earlier post, many said can be done, but the rates, will not be as good as cash. It was mentioned no withdrawal fees. But which rate will they refer, no one knows. If end of the day they refer back to SGD to NT using Singapore DBS bank rates, then it will be a total waste of time.

So better bring cold hard cash

23.3 safely to say it's about an average rate for NT?

23.2 @ ION Orchard today. Walked around Lucky Plaza and rate was lower. If you are not going to change alot then will not see a huge difference. I just happened to be there and it was giving the best rate so no point running off to other places since traveling waste time n $$$

Changed S$150 for emergency use at 23.4 at the arcade this morning.

I will be going Hsinchu and there is only 1 DBS branch in the whole of Hsinchu. Want to confirm whether can exchange $$ at ALL TAIWAN DBS branches. Thanks.
