Taiwan dbs is calling u to change there. Best rate of all. If not then Singapore arcade or taiwan airport liao.

i staying at TMS, must search woh.

i also don't have any TWD on hand to take bus/train. Need to change no matter wat.

Just change some in SG and the majority there..

Actually if the rate at money changer no good u guys can change with some of the forum ppl who have left over Twd after their trip.. They always offer higher than money changer ma..

No matter what, they exchange here has never beat the rates from dbs taiwan bank. Not even close. Just that the rates here at arcade can be close to the rate from taoyuan airport rates.

The banks at taoyuan airpork open early by 6+am. Can just change all there.

It already hit 24 at DBS Taiwan. Much higher than Taoyuan Airport.

Some finds it a hassle to change there. So they still stick with the conventional way/method.
