30nt? Meaning must pay 30TWD dollar per transaction?

Where to change in Tao Yuan Airport? Their taiwanese bank or the money changer there? What time it open on weekend?

A good time to pay deposit for hotels and stuff. Just paid for my HSR tickets using my posb card. The exchange rate was abt 24.27 :s22:

That is the spot rate quoted by the card provider (e.g. VISA, MasterCard) before all the service charges (by both the card provider and the bank) are imposed.

Not sure if the NTD will continue falling against the SGD since they are likely to continue devaluing their currency in light of the situation in Japan.

Yap. So wait for the final deduction. Think will go up further. Will bring more money down there to change for other pending issues.;)

Hi all

Understand that there'll be a NT$30 service charge per transaction if we change at Bank of Taiwan @ airport. How much is the service charge if we change at Mega bank @ airport and DBS Taiwan?

Thinking of changing all at Taiwan. Do you think they will run out of money or don't accept S$? Not possible right since its their home country...

All banks has 30nt/transactions at airport. Banks out of airport no charges.
