Lower selling rate is better right? Arcade forex listing 23.20, that's about NT$550?

Not really a currency converting experienced person, how come another place is listing eg. 4.37? If going by the 1st place that's about 4.22?
1 SGD = 23.2 TWD (provided by you)

4.37 SGD (provided by you) = 100 TWD

To compare the rates, you just take 100 / 4.37 = 22.88 (1 SGD = 22.88 TWD)
So arcade has better exchange rate, higher TWD per SGD. :)

DBS TW

For DBS TW exchange from SGD to TWD, do we bring SGD cash or can we do it over the counter using the money in the saving account

SGD in cold hard cash.

The only way to access your local bank account in Taiwan is via your ATM card and the rates for ATM withdrawals are nowhere near those offered for cash transactions at the DBS branches.

Definitely. Take note that banks at airport will charge admin fee of NT$30 and DBS TW does not operate on weekends and their PH.

is the difference very significant? lets say i am changing around 3k SGD to TWD. how much more would i get by changing the currency in taiwan?

if little bit nia dun mind just change in sg and go

So best is change in sg? Heard the rates over there is better.

Rates over there is better especially if u change at DBS Taiwan Branch..

Just do a quick search here for the address..

Money changer at Taoyuan Airport rates can be pretty similar to SG especially so if SG is giving 23+..

Latest update frm Taoyuan Airport: 1SGD to 23.68NTD

NOTE: Dun exchange at the inside one...they tend to be lower. Exchange at the one outside near the lift to take the sky train to Terminal 2. There is always higher
