over counter rates is good. Withdrawing, have not attempted b4. But some say can, so far never attempt b4.

But do note: if ur atm card has no chipset embedded on it, you will not be able to carry put transactions for payment overseas. A recent letter from ur neighbourhood banks should have kept you informed for their added security.
