yes different. atm is plus or cirrus rate, similar to credit card or cash withdrawal with credit card. otc with sgd bills is better.

What currency should I buy?

Hi, anyone can suggest on currency I should invest in atm? Currently I have a huge amt of Malaysia ringgit.

It seem like dbs taipei is offering higher rate... dunno why... Some hotels does offer exchange or even the big shopping mall where u can tax rebate or currency exchange

It has always been that case for DBS Taiwan...

Care to share which malls? As i understand they accept only, usd,jpy,rmb,euro and great britain pound. SGD? Never heard of.
