I changed half at 23.95. The other half before I go trip. Average down/up. No one really knows when is the top and bottom. Dun heart pain. Just change and enjoy the trip. I last went to tapei is 8 years ago and the rate then was 20. Not 23.xx. not bad liao. Lol

Have money and change is best.
Or change just before trip, then dun bother too much about it.

If u askme, just wait until you go town area before departure and ask and change.

No point wasting the effort for nothing.

Eg, I changing 35000 worth of NTD or ard s$1450-1500. Difference is around s$20 if I change at 23.7 or 24.

Taking into effect that I drove to town, parking, time and effort etc.....easily worth $20

So if u ask me, I change closer to date or whenever o go to town. Otherwise just change at neighbourhood.

Im at Taiwan now. Best to change in SG. Taiwan v few banks accept SGD and airport rate ytd was at ridiculously low 1:23.4 while SG is about 23.6ish
