And also, does the Taiwan Tourism Board office at Chevron House still give freebie?? I can't access their website to check on that :/

I believe they last updated in forum in July 2014 that they are giving out free ticket to theme park or something like that. Cannot recall is it this forum or some other sg forums. I remembered using google to search and it shows up in one of the search result.

If you have didn't change in time, can consider bringing cash to Taiwan to change, change at DBS banks in Taiwan, the rates as good as sg's! Just changed 23.76 earlier today. And their rates par to market, so will jump decimal point every minute.

But if u withdraw from Taiwan (DBS) ATM is use money go wipe the bank's backside. Including all the charges and fees, exchange rate from 23.8 become 23.3! Even lower than airport money changer

Went to arcade to check.. highest I saw was only 23.73. I will be going in a week time. Anyone in TW now can advise to exchange in SG or TW. Thanks

Sept 1st coming, dunno really the surcharges will kick in anot? according to calkel.

They told me a certain percentage or 100NTD surcharge. So till i change then i will know. At most i ask fireworks79 bring some money there to try.
