surcharge on changing money in tw dbs ??

i going tw next week.. so heng lol..

If you use DBS ATM in Taiwan, total got few charges:

1) SG DBS fee (not sure how they charge)
2) Taiwan NTD100 (regardless amount)
3) Taiwan (total withdrawn amount x 1%)

All 3 add together. That time when I change, they say rate is 23.8, but after all the charges become 23.3.

You should have clarified there with them.
Oh well, the last day to change will be tomorrow before new set of rules kick in. So shall see how it goes.

Taoyuan rates are worst than Arcade.

Best place to change in TW is DBS.
