They do charge 1% per transaction now.. If withdraw from ATM is 100ntd + 1%. Went to their DBS outlet just now.. Only 23.56 Jia lat!

Can I just confirm do you mean that using DBS ATM card and withdrawal from DBS Taiwan ATM have charges too? Cause last year I did do the same but there was no additional charges. Please advise. Thanks.

Yes. It jut started this month I believe.. It's better to change in sg before coming.

This rate is the over the counter rate. Sgd not so good against ntd, not because of ntd extra surcharge though.

was going to contribute back to this Taiwan thread for the info I gotten from here but you beat me to it.

I changed at the same money changer as this was the best rate for Taiwan dollars and I did have to go around the whole 2nd floor to get this best rate yesterday.
