Walk around The Arcade today to change my TWD, the best i see so far the rate is at 22.65 which the money changer is located at the 2nd floor. The first floor money changer rate is around 22.6 which is slightly lesser. So for those who want to head to the arcade, kindly please walk round the place, 2nd level money changer is much better that the 1st floor.

arcade is at raffles place ... u exit a ... turn one round and u will see arcade building ... near chevron building, where u get ur freebie for Taiwan trip ...
