Bangkok, Australia, etc... cheaper than Singapore ones. Not forgetting all the generic licensing.

Yes. U can get at counter. Then again still need see if your drugs are controlled or not.
Singapore is stricter.

You can but i must tell you first... their medicine you can't find in Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand. Your Singapore doctor issued prescription cannot be use there cos 99% can't find the medicine you want. The pharmacist there most of the times don't understand English, so if your Mandarin is also lousy then you will face a tough time buying medicine over their counter.

I know my dry cough need what type of cough medicine ingredients and how many mg for the main ingredient, over in Taiwan their active ingredient contents are higher than Singapore so when i consume it, it really effective. Sometime my cough accompanied with phlegm (white/yellow/brownish) i know what ingredients of cough mixture or capsule i need to buy.

If you don't know, then try asking... sometime their recommendation also quite accurate.

Be careful when you buying medicine back. Some medicines might be safe/easy to buy there but to Singapore it is consider prohibited items due to high content of certain substances. Singapore is always strict on this.

If you dont know what illness must eat what medicine then please see a doctor in Singapore when you are sick. If you fall sick while traveling, go see their doctor.

I always buy medicine over the counter in any countries, i know what i need and i know the dosage i must consume. I even know how to administer my own injection, be it for flu, antibiotic or steroid.
