if u changing in taiwan airport, dont change at the inside, change at the outside, coz i made a mistake to change at the inside before custom and come out realise outside rates is better

Went arcade yesterday, most of the money changer no stock for TWD.

Those who have their rate is 1SGD to 21.5 TWD. I check XE currency is 23 something TWD.

Very bad rates there.
