Airport rates also quite jialat. Best now is dbs tw but no open on wkends so left dbs atm?

Any idea tw dbs atm use sg atm debit card withdraw gt extra charge n which rate they follow? The last info i saw on 2015 hwz thread was no extra charge N 2014 thread said using dbs sg rates not dbs tw.

used to go there around 10am, like haven open yet ...

then 5.30pm some stores start to close their electronic currency rate board alrready ...
