By the way, DBS told me TWD is converted to USD first, before to SGD. I compared with direct conversion, the rate isnt much different.

Got a rate of 21.36, slightly higher than arcade at 21.08. Unless I input something wrong here..

Just changed at arcade. 21.13 was the best at noon time. M M Shariff Traders if I'm not mistaken. At lvl 2. Quite a few 21.12 as well. Morning I checked online (https://cashchanger.co/sgd-to-twd) was 21.0, then 21.08, then 21.12. By the time I reach it was 21.13. Think the rates might be picking up but can't be too sure.
