Yesterday at Taoyuan Int Airport, the rate is at NT22.67, better than people's park and Changi AP.

northpoint's rate for NT is kinda lousy. when i changed my NT at the arcade for 22.73 last month, northpoint's exchange rate was ard 22.4 only..
