As per FW79, anything 22.5 and above is consider good..

ICBC(Megabank) @ Taoyuan on Fri 1600H was 22.80..

NTD is correct but 40+ is definitely wrong..

Perhaps you might have saw it in such manner,

The way to calculate is to take Units/Rate = Exchange rate to per dollar..

Which in this case is 100/4.44=22.52

recommended but not a must...
after changing, keep the money in the wallet n walk off fast....dun hang ard there n distribute the money(just count n check if the amt is correct)
