u can chg abit here in SG first. Then in taipei chg in their bank, their rate r pretty good and they dun charge svc fee like those in airport. been there done that =)

Hmm.. ok. But does their bank and money changer rate differ by alot? If its not then i will change in sg as i only changing 2k which i dont wanna Q just for tat small gap of rates.

Give them la.
Go town must go detour and find a bank in thr mist of holiday, dun waste time.
Kena weekend lagi more jialat.
