Safer to change in Taoyuan airport for higher rates or change here in SG got better rates

i would change all in Singapore normally, cox nearby arcade.

Would advise my friends who wish to change in taiwan, change some in Singapore first, just in case you need them ...

The recent fluctuations is caused by trump winning the presidency and usd strengthening.

I'd like to know how it will trend in the future too so that i can make a killing from it.

Arcade is near change ally? That side only one gd money changer?
I going 12days. If cash 3k for two pax including some ming Shu n hotel stay don't know enough or not. Hmm
Going to Taiwan tourism board so thinking of changing money there
Better than Chinatown? Oh ok I saw a few posts up Chinatown better. Which one ah. Sarmus is facing outside or inside the mall?

Yesterday at raffles., change alley best rate was 22.27. At ground level so nvr go up.
