They are on the same level if I'm not mistaken. You can go to the airport website and see their level layout / directory.

before you reached the immigration kustom queue, there is 3 telecom companies selling sim card there ... however after the immigration , there is also 3 telecom companies selling sim card there ...
Normally would buy chung wah once i have clear the immigration ... in case the queue is long ... the last month took jetstar, queued for about 15min or so, not that bad ... because the hk cathay flight and china flight landing ...

I was able to use ocbc card to withdraw money from another local atm too for emergency case. FYI la ha ha. Just take note of the extra charges for such cases.

But if I use my sg posb card and withdraw cash in taiwan, will there be surcharge and will the exchange rate suck?

Surely it willways be better in cash.
Bring SGD and change in Taiwan beats any local exchange.

Money changers are evetywhere on arrival.
Before you clear immigration, during luggage collection, and after you clear the local custom.

Anyone knows if there is a limit as to can change how much at the airport? Coz I'm going there to study so I planning to change like 15k

DBS exchange rate on their website is 21.9, will we get the same rate when I withdraw from their ATM in taiwan?

I highly doubt u will get TW DBS rate.
So far, none have came out and mention getting TW rates from ATM in Taiwan.
If it is possible, a frequent traveler like me will do so next trip.

Hi. I'm planing to change at tw airport 2 weeks later . But it will be my first time doing so and becos we had 2 babies following I hope to make the process smoother as I'm also getting SIM card there. May I know where is this mega bank money changer located at? Is it jus after we clear custom before baggage? Thanks a lot.

It will be after immigration clearance.
At the belt area and after you clear custom as well.
If you miss it, just change at Bank of Taiwan.
Save yourself so much hassle.
Besides, you have the two babies to take care as well.
