Nearly did but not yet lol

I changed my USD at 1.363 (lowest currently) at China Money Changer (CMC) in Arcade. Some changers who have a mixture of new and old USD won't just change new notes with me.

Anyways, CMC got a whole stack of fresh and crispy new $100 bills.

I changed USD 800 in total. Always ask before u change. The first changer i asked told me is mixed then I ask if can if just new notes, then he say cannot so i just walk away lo.

The changer i changed at only has new notes also. Do take note some changers in Arcade offer different rates for new and old notes. Always check before u hand over your money!
