no money changer.

money changer in airport are local banks. many of them at the airport.

outside airport, aside from the xinkuang shan yue shopping mall ( which offer very lousy rate), am told only 2 major banks near the taipei mrt station can allow you to change your money. save ur hussle, jus change all at the airport ba.

there's 22.8+, cuz the rate is going upwards even if u exchange locally

change from twd to sg.. singapore airport should be gd rate.. maybe u can check with mustafa website when u reach sg to compare

i came back already.. should i go back to chinatown to change? the same shop that i changed my twd

or wait for the rate to drop first? sgd is getting stronger

cos not changing alot anyway, so rate doesn't make a diff for me. But usually when I exchange money, will try ask for better rate. If get better rate more song ma
