For the exchange rate in Taoyuan you gotta minus 30 TWD from it for every 100 SGD cause they charge 30 TWD fee

So if 23.67x100 = 2367 TWD...you actually only get 2337

does that means that the exchange rate is still better than in Singapore? singapore we r changing at about 23...

I guess this might be useful for you guys. I withdrew money from DBS atm at exchange rate of 23.1. Check locations of atms on dbs website. Cheers!

someone mentioned for every SGD100 changed, you pay NT30, is that right? So if I would change SGD4000 in Taoyuan airport, then I need to pay NT1200 (approx. SGD52) for admin fee? That's a lot!

You can use your posb or dbs atm card to withddraw cash at atm with cirrus/plus signs (eg, at 7/11). For dbs, if I remember correctly, there is one at taipei 101 building. Do note that a fee may be imposed for each withdrawal.
