23.19 from Bank of Taiwan ytd at the airport when i was departing..Megabank was 23.22...

Change at Taoyuan Int'l AP(Megabank, small counter on ur right) just before u exit and chop ur passport at their immigration counter..Wed night i check 22.94, reach there is 22.98..Currently is 23.15..

Change all of ur money there like my friend..

Only 2 banks at the airport...Bank of Taiwan and ICBC(Megabank)..Inside/outside doesnt matter cos they are owned by the banks so rates is the same for all their branch on the whole island at the same point of time..

Ya, infact after u get off the plane and start walking to their immigration counter..It would be on ur right after u walk past their DFS shops and directly opp a table for filling up the immigration cards..

Local rates isnt that gd..Arcade was offering 22.78 during lunch time ytd(see jamie19's post on same page)

Inside the same shop got Coach(Outside got boutique) also...

This model(Latest one) i buy SGD$185 back then from a local importer, somemore medium size..

Exact same model but large size, i check about SGD$200 over there..

Ya, those seller already like 1/2 price off the SG boutiques..

Clothes and shoes for ladies can just hoot those no brand kind, buy mask from Watsons(Cheap)..

Guys can buy Onitsuka tiger(I got this for NT$2800), Puma can buy also, or StayReal clothes(About SGD$40-50 range), can buy those cheap clothes also, Shaver blades(Gillette Fusion per box of 4 is NT$329, SG retailing at $25.6/box)..

The rest is food, food and more food...

my friend just told me that jetstar land on a different terminal... she told me that terminal got nothing much to shop.. so i was wondering if the DFS u mention about, issit at the jetstar terminal? and also the money changer, can i find it at the particular terminal that i am alighting?

Are they starting to sell long sleeve clothings already? or got clearance sales for summer cloths?

There only got T1 & 2..

Jetstar lands at Terminal 1..Arrival nth to buy one..Money changer same as per described earlier..

Only during departure(also T1) then u can go their DFS Shop(shop name is Ever Rich) to buy Longchamp..Last year i go, most place at the departure under reno, this time round most shops reno completed and open for business..

I go wufenpu see, their clothes like mixture...
