seems to be dropping on xe... think i'm going to change some today if it's still 23.7++

yes, i also noticed from xe.com that the rate seems to be on the downtrend based on the past 24 hrs. surprised that 23.8 is still available.

Anyone change from DBS Taiwan before? By looking at this web. It seems higher than Singapore. As per 9.50pm, the rate is 23.865.

You withdraw over there using your ATM card no charges, over the counter I doubt they change currency.
