you had to bring SGD CASH to their branch to exchange for better rate~

u can use the atm card to withdraw from the atm but the rate will based on sg side rate if not wrong

it's not in 101. Nearer to Taipei city hall station which is near to 101.

Guys can go to XMD Bank of Taiwan Forex Dept to change $$$. Its opposite the president palace and just a 10mins walk from XMD MRT Station =) Went there twice during my stay quite easily accessible.
