back from taiwan~

i changed @ DBS TW kaoshiong near culture centre station~

just out of exit = u see the branch~

still can chitchat with the manager + staff there~

nobody de haha~

you went at what time? Normally I will wait outside till they open at 9am and be their first customer. They will treat you like VIP even the security guard. :s13:

agree the staff at dbs including the security guard are very nice. i was at taichung dbs and experienced excellent service there - took my kid to toilet, made mickey mouse face balloon and offered sweets to my kids.

i went around 2pm lo~ after go put luggage than go there change money~

culture station exit come out can see the dbs branch liao~

during the change money process i still can chitchat with the staff~ they tell me dont go liuhe nm because too many ah tiong go there~

dbs not big bank there lor~ no people there also~ walk in straight change money liao~ but abit kuku lo~ withdraw from dbs atm @ changi airport give new notes~ i bring to dbs taiwan exchange lol~

same here, i withdraw from airport and change there and also the free sweets at the counter very nice =:p

busy chitchat with the staff no notice got free sweet haha~

overall i feel kaoshiong so much better than taipei~

next yr trip maybe try go hualien & kaoshiong~

Which dbs branch you went to? Is it near taichung main station?

Can our POSB ATM card withdraw cash from Taiwan DBS ATM? if can, might consider activate the card for overseas withdrawn.
