Consperm 23.45? That's comparable to Taiwan's banks' rate. Went last week but they didn't have enough NTD.

What about TPE? It's in Xinyi district but does anyone here know how to give a direction, probably using tpe 101 or some other building as a guideline?

i changed it at 國父紀念館 mrt. exit 5 iirc. just take the exit that leads to united hotel. dbs will be in ur view once u exited, it's only a road across. not sure if that's the nearest to taipei 101. but i can c and walk to taipei 101 from there. or else u know chia te bakery? from there walk towards macdonalds direction oso hv 1 branch. u will c it when u walk.

Probably not about bargaining. You change bigger amount they will give you a better rate. Standard practice.

23.12 at taoyuan airport on sat... No service fee unlike . Apparently dun change in taiwan on weekend...
