last time i went tw, the exchange rate at taoyuan airport is better than most in sg. but last week, the rate in some sg exchanger is better than the ones at airport.

i see from dbs website that the exchange rate is 23.59, bank of taiwan 23.69. can someone confirm if the exchange rate on the websites is correct?
