dbs bank in taipei easy to find ma. If you have some loose change, can take transport there from airport and change. or else, check in liao then change.

As compared to Taiwan dbs, you will lose 20-30+ ntd per 100sgd exchanged. So DBS definitely better.

my taiwan friend told me to avoid the foreign banks when you exchange taiwan dollar at taoyuan airport or in taipei. look for bank of taiwan, it should give u a better rate

Only 2 banks at Taoyuan Airport and srsly, Megabank gives better rates than Bank of Taiwan..In Taipei itself, go change at DBS Taiwan..Best rate anytime..
