Traditionally if SG(Local) changers is offering above 23.xx then Taoyuan Rates wont be so attractive. If SG side goes below 23 then Taoyuan would usually be slightly better..

But nothing beats DBS Taiwan if you have the time to go change. Just change abit locally and a bulk of it there.

Is arcade open on Sat? Or I would have to head to Chinatown and do notice a lot of good things said abt DBS branch in Taiwan that offer Higher rate, really?

Arcade really unsure.
DBS taiwan yes, better rates.

Yes, a few of them are open..I change my NTD the other time on a Sat..
