Just changed at arcade, 23.76 Flying this weekend

Changed earlier on today at about 5pm at 23.76 too at Arcade!
Saw a shop with 23.78 highest but wasn't allowed to join queue as the person say they are closed at 5pm and have already closed queues... Oh well :/

This shows for every Singapore dollar you take out, you can only get 23.5nt back. Yes not fogetting also need to deduct 30nt transaction fees.

Anyway if you insists, i will be glad to take your balance in 1sgd to 24nt, i will be there ready for exchange.

The rate went up. I changed at the first store. Sheen was 23.70 or 23.72 not sure ...

Hey experts, should i change small amount in Singapore, then go to Taipei and redraw from DBS/POSB atm or should i bring SGD there for better rates? Also if i want to redraw where do i redraw from so i wont incur the $5 redrawal charge? Xie xie !

Bring cold hard cash. No withdrawal fees but the rates will be Singapore bank rates instead if you use ur atm card.
