cool! by default would said arcade rates is the highest .
marina square is sometimes on par with arcade rates ...

They do charge 1% per transaction now.. If withdraw from ATM is 100ntd + 1%. Went to their DBS outlet just now.. Only 23.56 Jia lat!

I thought it is 1% or NTD100? Btw, what is the rate used for withdrawal from dbs ATM before additional charges? Is it the same as changing at dbs bank counter? If so, then not bringing extra SGD when I go. TIA

From past experience, the rate is better at Taoyuan airport.
