today lunch time I went to arcade Crown Exchange 23.60. other changers I saw 23.40 only this particular one is highest.

I changed at Crown too 23.6. Highest... but the queue is real slow.
other 23.58, 23.55, 23.5.

If arcade 23.6, wouldnt it be more attractive than DBS Taipei (23.749*0.99)=23.5115? not sure if calculation is done this way.

1. For those mention in part 2, can just use SGD to change for Taiwan Dollar
2. Airport = Megabank, Taipei City or anywhere outside of airport then look for DBS Taiwan

Just change at chinatown. Rate is at 23.55. Good for local already. I called crown exchange in the afternoon,they say they ran out of TWD.

Yes. USD accepted.
Do it at airport if you think you have no time to do locally at banks in the city.

Yup, USD widely accepted...

Like what @calkel20 mention, just have it done at the airport unless u have time to scout for DBS in the city..
