Changed at second floor all the way inside the last money changer. Shop called extract money changer. Rates was 22.6.
Best there is. Arcard was 22.5

I saw from arcade website today, they put 22.55.

Point is I looked at Taiwan immigration website, the max can only bring in NT$60,000 which is only S$2,700+
But if bring in foreign currency, the amount increases to US$10,000 equivalent in foreign currency which is about S$13,700.

Why I asked if there is any other money exchange that offers better rate in Taiwan, because I want to avoid bank rate which is much lower.
