I didn't start the quarrel. He started the quarrel by using some terms just to insinuate something else.

Anyway he gave the bank link, which is useless. It's not like I didn't already knew how bank rate was.
I had asked for a money changer as I am trying to avoid paying by bank rate, hence the question I have asked previously.

I asked here of any money changer in Taiwan which could give good rates as I saw many people providing them in other countries board too!
