Will this last long? I haven't change yet and is going in 2 weeks time 22.3 now..

If I look at the stock market, share prices are recovering already. so hopefully so will the currency rates.

Doubt u would get better rates in taoyuan airport ...
have checked many times last year during my 5 trips to taiwan ...
everytime their rate is quite low.
for example, if arcade rate is 23.20, then their rate might be 22.xx

is it DBS tw 1% fee right? so x 0.99 = current SG cash rate (bank buy rate) x 0.99
