Exchange their frontier boots

Just changed today at The Chevrons. Ask one of the staff and she reply whether this is first ict. I say NO then she say ok. Exchanged immediately and fill some forms but only Wellco type available only.

How she check whether u got ict before?
I rmb smth like first ict cannot change de.

mine havent croc but even after 3 ICTs wear frontier my back of heel must always put heel liner to cushion the pain. even put alr still pain cos it's rough. even loosen laces still don't help.

just feel like crocking it just to get it changed else i'm stuck with this boots for 6 more cycles ><
