Extend ORD date

TS if want to seek opinions in this forum,

1) should be willing to provide more details
2) should provide accurate details
3) should provide details that doesn't conveniently leave out details that may seemed to be not in TS favour
4) in providing the details, TS should be wary of revealing classified details
- I believe the letter you posted is classified as "restricted" and "Staff in confidence"
- Restricted maybe the lowest level of classified materials, but it's still a classified document.

The option form that I posted is the original and I just hide the identity of the sender and my son name.

TS, my suggestion is, if you want to seek the opinion of people here.

You should summarise the main points in your first post.

This will allow people who may know what's happening to read it easier and give their opinion.

Just venting out our frustration for being bully by a big organisation.
Received a lot of valuable option from this forum member which can be used against them.Presently his commander is helping him to fight the case.

Just venting out our frustration for being bully by a big organisation.
Received a lot of valuable option from this forum member which can be used against them.Presently his commander is helping him to fight the case.

They will be a bully if they are unreasonable and not able to justify their position.

If you did not attempt to seek justifications about their decisions, you can say they are a big bully.

If they are in the wrong, you definitely can haul them up.

But if they are able to justify, then you will not have a case.

Hence be careful of what you say.

I suggest u see mp asap. but in event that cmpb is rite, I dunno wat will happen. and the 9k is for wat? sign on bonus?

The 9k is for the 4 month of sign on pay.You keep this amount the ORD is Oct 2013.If you return this amount the ORD date is August.
my son choose to keep the $9k and serve extra 4 month.

Definitely, but there's a difference between venting your frustration privately among your family and friends and posting it openly in a public forum.

If you did not attempt to clarify and seek justification and you did not give them a chance to justify what they are doing, how is that abusing of power and no transparency? Did they intentionally hide something? Did they do something they are not supposed to?

oh btw they cannot tell u not to see mp. by asking ur mp for help is a "basic right" of a singaporean citizen.

mp wanna help anot is another different issue. fyi mp can choose not to help if they feel that saf is rite or they can help to ask saf to clarify the issue.

if mp choosee to help u. he will write to cmpb and cpmb will appoint a investigation officer to check on the facts of the case. if there is indeed a mistake they will recify it. if there is no mistake ur son will have to serve. the investigation officer will have to reply the mp on what route of action or decision he will make.

Hope this issue can be resolve by my son commander in our favour,if not got to email the towkay of defence Mr Ng as suggested by one of the forum member.Free legal service provided by the community centre is another option,which I do not know until

Should one carelessly shoot his/her mouth off, and utters/writes the wrong stuff, .. then be prepared to face the consequence.

Natural instinct or not, if you end up saying the wrong thing at the wrong thing, you will still end up screwing yourself or in this case your son.

Since his commander claims he will look into it, then you should just let him do so first rather than tell the entire internet about it. What does that achieve?
