Extreme hoarders in sg. Any solution to stop them from hoarding?

Simple assign a caretaker / neighbour to go in every day and f*** them upside down and clear out the trash.

Mentally ill people need intervention. You cannot let them continue in their behaviour

Even after clearing up, the hoarder will continue to hoard again one. He see the house too empty, need to fill it up with things. Else he will feel uneasy. Imagine staying alone at home with emptiness, they need to hoard to "fill the loneliness".
