went to one at citygate. Things are at 10-50% discount. 1 DKNY shirt cost $80sg and is after 50% discount. 1 samonite luagguge (big) is about $320sg.

things are about generally about 30 - 40% cheaper...older season stock though.

its quite odd that the store is located at their 'HDB' estate...imagine AMK area with a Prada store... hmmm..

Hi Chex,

Can I check: The Hong Kong industrial building, do they do retail during weekdays or all is wholesale? Then the Adiddas outlet at Camel paint building... is it near Yip Fatt?

Been to HK last week...quite a few changes.

- The outlets at Yip fatt have shifted. Was there and a kind neighbour shop told me they are the only shop left, and directed me to the new location. Mostly addidas, nike and puma outlets at the new place. Shifted across the road near Camel paint building...60 something Hoi Yuen Rd.
- found a good place for ladies clothing. My sister loved it. Not exactly outlets or branded....but street/casual wear, handbags, shoes. It's a wholesale place for ladies clothes. Must go for the ladies. It's just above Lai Chi Kok MTR, exit C, Hong Kong Industrial Building. 3 Blocks of ladies fashion. Cheap and good. My sis says she saw 2 singaporeans buying leather handbags for stock back to sg. Sad to say i've yet to find wholesale street wear for guys...cheap, hip and good. But as a consolation, there's a addidas factory outlet on the 7th floor, blk B.

when i was hk 2 weeks back, my relatives set me up at a hotel at fortress hill, so i figured i should check out the outlets at Provident Centre 21/53 Wharf Road, North Point. I walked from the hotel as it's a 10+ mintues walk.

Quite suprised that there's actually quite a number of shops considering that place is slightly ulu. I went to the nike outlet at level one and it had quite a decent selection, as compared to the citygate outlet, which I went last year. personally, i felt the citygate nike outlet was crap, the Provident Centre outlet is so much smaller but so much better.

Unfortunately, i couldnt find the other outlets that were supposed to be at the basement levels, namely Adidas and Reebok. I got the unit number wrong so i thought the Adidas outlet folded. didnt think of looking around further since i had sham shui po's golden computer centre in mind.

Hope it helps anyone that might be staying around that area. :)

oh is it ? I heard alot say there is cheaper , as more sales etc

if u are referring to their June - Aug (ala hk version of GSS), Yes then their sales for most brands are serious much better as most brands try to clear their summer collections.... which is good for us as its summer is all year in singapore.

Brands like Vuitton do not have sales at all, and the retail price is pretty much the same as singapore. if there is any savings, its probably due to weak HKD as its peg to USD.

there is SPACE, an outlet store for Prada, where things are 20 -40% cheaper as it offer off-season items.

i just went recently and managed to get a woman wallet for a mere hkd$2250..in singapore the same model is retailing for S$550.

you do the math.
