Scythe Minebea Cooling Fans Review

The first thing that you'll probably notice is that the Scythe Minebea range comes with the moniker - 'Equipped with Silent IC'. Well what is 'Silent IC, I hear you ask...?

Some fans you can consider are AC Ryan fans, although they are not available at the moment. Even I have to consider ordering from overseas.
