bros, thinking of applying this ipo (my first attempt) thru DBS online banking. roughly i know what i should do. Is this ipo available in dbs online now?

If u use the bank account to apply IPO for the first time, it will prompt u to key in ur Cdp acct number. Therefore, get ur Cdp acct number ready when u r applying.

A unique selling point for Far East H Trust should be the medical tourism angle. Several hotels in the portfolio are located very near hospitals and medical centres such as The Elizabeth Hotel, Landmark Village Hotel and Oasia Hotel, near Mount E, Raffles Hospital and Novena respectively.

Looking forward to the finalized price and other details...

singapore tourism industry have been quite buoyant over these past few years. all the hotels here are doing well generally.

CDLHT is trading at 5.7% yield. my expectation is that FEH will trade at least comparable or slightly lower than 5.7% considering its 100% concentration of local assets.

I think the ambitious ones may borrow $$ from the banks for
IPO .
Ask your friendly banks ..
